This includes: Specialist training opportunities Buddy shifts with experienced Disability Support Workers Opportunities to complete nationally recognised qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support and Certificate IV in Disability The investment in your learning and development by CPA exceeds $5,000 in your first year. Your duties will include: Delivering personalised support in a group home setting Providing in home support by assisting clients at meal times, with personal care and administering medication Assisting with domestic duties around the home Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community Socialise and build a happy and positive relationship with our clients Using CPA minivan to transport clients if applicable Requirements Experience in the disability, aged care or nursing sector (preferred) NSW Driver's License (preferred) Live locally to the mentioned locations Be available for at least 20 hours per week, 3-4 days, across a variety of shift times as we operate 24/7 PLEASE NOTE: Cerebral Palsy Alliance has a relentless commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff, as such all employees at CPA must be triple vaccinated against COVID-19, prior to their start date.
