Description Despatch Support/Inventory: Run daily pickables report Processing delivery dockets and picking slips Receipt of goods Support despatch manager Projects including consolidation of batched goods to meet customer demand Customer Service: Vendor purchase orders Stock transport orders Managing internal order requisition Allocation of finished goods to customer Order entry support Contribute to process improvements The role will require you to professionally liaise with account management teams, customer service teams, operations & manufacturing personnel, local & interstate supply chain teams, inventory teams and builders/installers. Profile Experience in despatching with sound knowledge of COR legislation.

Previous experience in a customer service role. Inventory management experience. Manufacturing, building or construction industry experience (preferred).

Strong technical aptitude - SAP experience preferred Previous experience in logistics (desirable). Demonstrated ability to understand and use complex management/logistics systems Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility with incident mitigation at the forefront. Solid geographical knowledge of Adelaide and interstate locations, specifically new unmapped sites.
