Even if you run on a treadmill at the gym, we are at your feet Responsibilities: In this role as a Inbound Sales Rep, you see the possibility to sell the customer the solution they need and it not to be just about answering the call. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and potential new prospects through outbound and inbound sales activities. Generate and qualify leads, sales across a dedicated portfolio of potential and existing customers within an assigned customer base.

Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions to meet their requirements such as customer quotes. Collaborate with management, sales representatives and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience for all. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activity records in the company's ERP system.

Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry in order to create brand awareness and convert opportunities.
