They are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the team in Sydney or Melbourne to work closely with valued clients to help them achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. Command the room, running customer workshops to facilitate discussion and collaboration with key stakeholders. Define the customer journey and workflow to ensure the software is designed and configured in a way that meets the client needs.

Partner with the development team to ensure software solutions are delivered to specification. Maintain a thorough understanding of the retail industry and use this knowledge to inform business decisions and strategies. Drive gap analysis processes Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience working for a vendor or professional services firm dealing with software.

Experience in the retail sector is essential. Demonstrated ability to command the room, facilitate discussion and run customer workshops. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
