Digital Marketing Specialist

The Role Reporting to the Head of Marketing in this newly established role as Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll plan and execute end-to-end integrated campaigns for Flare to drive adoption of our suite of workplace financial products across Australian businesses.
How You’ll Be Making An Impact Manage campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Google AdWords and partner channels Drive demand and sales opportunities both from a B2C and B2B marketing funnel Continually optimise our landing pages and onsite performance to drive efficiencies in conversion rates Ideate and implement test plans to help Flare better understand and utilise paid channels Utilise analytics tools to build full funnel reporting on campaign performance, including Google Analytics, Salesforce and campaign & audience platforms You Circa 5 years experience in developing and deploying digital marketing/ integrated campaigns. Highly proficient across various channels both creating and managing campaigns across paid search and social. Previous experience with optimising landing pages for conversion, having run test and learn programs.
Being highly curious you’ll continually seek out opportunities to improve go-to-market processes, expand our marketing channels and optimise campaign performance. Planning and project management across cross-functional teams and agency partners.
