30pm Located 23kms from Sydney CBD Caravan & Camping Industry with a loved and trusted brand An opportunity that you do not want to miss out on The role: Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for providing a link between the company and the people who utilise their products or services. Duties include but are not limited to: Co-ordinating all booking matters for the Service department Completing daily courtesy calls & booking reminders Assisting customers in the dealership pre and post-service Liaising with customers regarding the scope of work completed Answering telephones and email enquiries in a timely manner Submit parts order requests to the Stock Controller Communicating with the Service Supervisor regarding the daily service schedule Performing front-of-house duties for the Service Department when required Adhoc duties as required The person: Ideally seeking someone who has worked in a similar type role and someone who has the interest in caravan and camping. It goes without saying you have excellent communications skills, are a proficient computer operator i.
e. MS Office Suite and demonstrate the ability to form strong relationships with both suppliers and customers. You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
