Duties include : Dispatching and recording the completion of service requests and ensuring the work is completed within client expectations and agreed time frames. Coordinating resources (human and materials) inclusive of labour bookings and site access and for monitoring Technicians work load and proactive management of job completions in line with schedules. Providing a central point of coordination assistance when and as required, whilst also being responsible for supporting Technicians, Team Leaders, Contract Managers and Management.

This includes the requirement to be flexible with rostering hours, ensuring that there is full coverage for operating hours nationally The Person: You have extensive customer service experience ideally in maintenance management, outstanding communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, service technicians, subcontractors and the companies unit staff.
