They currently seek to recruit a Group Accounting & Reporting Manager. The role Reporting to a Head of Finance, the Accounting and Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial accounting, reporting and governance at Group level. The role monitors and ensures all reporting are compliant and accurate.
Key Responsibilities: Managing the group month-end close and consolidation processes Delivering monthly report pack to the Exec Team and Board Managing external audit process Overseeing the preparation of reports, financial documents, and statutory accounts for release to the ASX Preparing accounting position papers for the Risk Management and Audit Committee. Managing the financial reporting data, including data capture in systems Implementation of new reporting tools and automation of financial information Banking review, payroll sign-off and transaction authorization Skills & experience required CA/CPA qualification and relevant tertiary qualification 8-10 years’ post qualification experience, including external Audit experience (Big4/mid-tier), and industry experience with an ASX listed business Prior exposure to large ERP systems and business intelligence tools Outstanding attention to detail and a high degree of technical proficiency Strong communication skills, both verbal & written.
