Our client is a large established not-for-profit that provides an opportunity to grow your Accounts Payable career.
You will join a growing team with long-term opportunities for the right person. The Role As the Accounts Payable assistant, you will report to the Team Leader. You will be part of a high-performing, collaborative wider finance team and more specifically, your role will include: Sorting, reviewing, and coding invoices for processing Entering and recording invoice data into the accounting system Reconciling vendor statements and following up on any discrepancies Corresponding with vendors and suppliers Assisting with the preparation of payments to vendors Filing and maintaining accounts payable records and documents Generating reports and providing analysis on accounts payable transactions Providing general support to the accounts payable team About You To succeed in this role you will be motivated to learn and develop whilst working in a fun and collaborative team environment.
