Senior Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving complex issues for partners and customers. This includes developing expertise in the customer support department and working closely with other team members across various technologies.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly gain a thorough understanding of the platform. This role involves interacting with customers and requires strong communication skills. The initial contract period is for 12-months with high potential for conversion / extension past the initial period.
Flexible hybrid model. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or similar / related field 5 years' commercial experience in Technical / Application Support roles focused on we-based applications.
