’ Your opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Floor Coordinator to join the team on our Executive Floor. You will be based in our impressive modern reception/ executive meeting area above Westfield Sydney, where you will be responsible for meeting/greeting guests, booking meeting rooms, assisting with a variety of administration tasks and ensuring the smooth operations of the Executive floor for our external and internal guests. Your key accountabilities will include: Meeting and greeting visitors/clients upon their arrival Manage the front desk, meetings rooms, diary & email management Setting up of meeting rooms & organising drinks/catering/events Assisting with IT troubleshooting – connecting Microsoft Teams meetings, PowerPoint presentations etc Oversight of all internal meeting rooms – cleanliness/tidiness What will set you apart from the rest? Confident in meeting new people face to face Hospitality background advantageous Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience as a Reception or Administrator or similar is highly desired Good time management and organisational skills Able to work full time Monday to Friday 8.
