The Position Take inbound calls from clients and providing them with A grade service and delivery; Processing applications and making changes via internal database; Working across various platforms such as web chats and email correspondence; Build and maintain strong customer relationships; Continuously using a pro-active approach to get successful outcomes for your customer; Assisting with the development of new processes to improve customer and staff experience; Assisting with general administrative tasks; and Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs. The Candidate Experience working in a Customer Service role; High attention to detail; Reliant, dynamic, hard-working with a drive to succeed; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills; and Strong stakeholder management & relationship building skills.
