The role The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing and translating technical requirements into business solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of technology and business operations, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, document business processes, and facilitate solution design and implementation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements; Document and communicate requirements to technical teams for solution design and development; Develop and maintain technical and functional requirements documentation; Create business process models and process flows to support solution design and development; Ensure solutions meet business needs and are technically feasible; Participate in system testing and acceptance testing activities; Identify and communicate risks, issues, and potential solutions; Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and use of solutions; Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and project teams; and Continuously identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for solutions.

Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Experience with agile methodology and software development life cycle; and Knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and data analysis tools.
