The Role Reporting to the Head of Risk Strategy and Insights, the Strategic Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving the execution and delivery of our risk and governance strategy. You will succeed in doing so by supporting the Leadership Team to develop and implement a strategy that is fit for purpose and fully aligned with our corporate strategy, and monitoring and reporting on success measures Your responsibilities include participating in business planning, effective execution of team operations, workforce planning activities and other ad-hoc projects within the Chief Risk Officer?s remit.

You are well-versed in collating and preparing meaningful reports on our performance across key risk categories to determine the effectiveness of our implemented strategies. You have a strong understanding of risk management concepts and processes and can execute on the risk strategy?s deliverables. About You An experienced Risk professional with a passion for strategic delivery and operational excellence, you possess 5 years in a similar capacity with a proven track record in executing and delivering risk or similar strategies.

You possess the ability to think laterally and strategically with a focus on the bigger picture in how our risk strategy aligns with our overall organisational strategy. Your excellent communication skil.
