Our Client: Our client is an Iconic Australian enterprise who are currently in the market for a Service Continuity Support Analyst to work for an initial 6-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high level technical support and management of IT environments as well as providing integration & implementation skills for new systems. About the role You would be involved in: Implement and maintain production support services for corporate enterprise systems and infrastructure.
Establish systems and devise maintenance programs to automate enterprise systems management. Provide technical resolution to enterprise systems related problems. Provide technical support to critical enterprise systems.
Disaster Recovery capability reporting, issues tracking, funding and resolution. To be successful for the role, you would ideally: Demonstrated hands on experience and knowledge of large-scale multi-vendor platforms and for a large organisation. Expert knowledge and `hands on experience with installation of relevant software, upgrades and patches.
