Audit & Compliance Manager - Finance

About the Company Recognised Multinational Software cooperation founded in 1987. About the Role In this role you will be responsible for performing the financial, operational and compliance audits in accordance with Internal Control Framework. The Audit & Compliance Manager will support the Internal Control and Director in preparing and executing the annual monitoring and testing plan - this will include various risk assessments.

Additionally, the Audit & Compliance Manager will provide support in internal and external assessments from Internal Audits and other regulatory and customer audits as they arise. Your main duties and responsibilities will include: Assisting in the preparation for various comprehensive financial risk assessments Evaluating the effectiveness of controls in place to manage significant risk exposures, ensuring the reliability of information and financial reporting to safeguard the company's assets Ensuring that you are always complying with laws and regulations Assisting in the development and execution of the annual Internal Controls & compliance plan Involvement in the implementation of new processes and systems to provide an independent view of the quality of the project management Assisting in the coordination of the audit with internal and external auditors Preparation and reporting findings to senior management Assisting in the review and recording of actions taken by management to correct conditions/control issues reported Reviewing and challenging the company policies to ensure that they are up-to-date and relevant To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should meet the following criteria: Minimum seven years of accounting or auditing experience Graduate degree in business or management-related field. Accounting degree preferred CPA/CMA and/or CIA and/or CISA preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a manager and a team member Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to prioritize work, highly organized Knowledge of COSO techniques and concepts Strong project management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the company APPLY NOW If you meet these requirements, and believe you have the potential, drive and capability to succeed in this role - apply now.
