www.mates4mates.org About the role The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing Mates4Mates clinical mental health and physical rehabilitation services delivered to veterans, Mates and their families across Australia.

The key accountabilities of the role Lead a multidisciplinary clinical team in delivery of all services. Provide advice to Senior and Executive management on clinical governance and quality. Lead the design and implementation of innovative clinical services.

Maintain Continuous Quality Improvement processes to identify areas of inefficiency or potential risk, and work in collaboration to address and improve. Oversee the provision of tailored evidence-based therapies to Mates and their families. Contribute to service planning, program development and outcome measurements.

Significant clinical leadership experience and demonstrated professional supervision of clinical staff. Demonstrated competence and a successful track record providing strategic advice and practical support to senior management on clinical governance and quality improvement. Proven leadership, management, team building, consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills.

Ability to prioritise, set goals and establish plans to achieve the organisation and team ba.
