Territory Sales Manager NSW

Due to continued growth and internal promotion we have a new role available immediately to join a specialist global device company with clear ambition and vision for its advanced surgical portfolio, which saves lives and improves surgical outcomes dramatically.

With an R&D pipeline of future products in development and strategic portfolio enhancements to drive growth in their space, they have a roadmap for future success, which you can be part of by joining them today. About the role You’ll spend your day on-territory in NSW ( SW>North Sydney and upwards to Newcastle ) in operating theatres and endoscopy suites to drive market penetration and sales through initial case support and clinical relationship building. Your focus will be on key tertiary hospitals, working with surgeons, theatre nurse teams and other key stakeholders involved around supply and logistics.

You’ll deliver product training, create events with KOL and aim to establish strong relationships to generate immediate wins and work towards strategic growth opportunities. In this role, the leadership team door is always open (if you need support ), and collaboration internally around account management, marketing, regulatory and customer service is highly encouraged for the team’s overall success. Your skills and experience You have T ertiary studies and demonstrable success gained in a device sales role in Operating Theatre, Endoscopy suites or maybe both 3 years Medtech selling track record plus the soft skills outlined below.

Benefits A highly competitive salary package in line with your experience to reward your results and contribution in the role $175k OTE This includes Competitive base,10.5% super, $20k car allowance, $5k fuel card, $25k bonus with a multiplier to further increase your potential $$.
