Our communities form our heartland. About the job We are currently looking for an Aquaculture Technician - Pond Operations to join our fast-paced team based at our Proserpine farm on a 2/2/3 roster - A.K.
A a lifestyle roster You will collaborate with all the different departments across the farm to ensure and effective day to day management of all ponds. Duties can include: Pond remediation after a successful season; Daily inspection and monitoring of ponds; Ensure all pond maintenance is up to operational requirement's standards; and Keep track of all pond additions, making sure are all added in a timely manner. About you To be successful in this role you will need: Ability to prioritise work and schedule; Strong communication skills; Live and breathe a safety culture; Car licence and reliable transport Rights to work in Australia; and Successfully pass pre-employment medical and drug test.
