Signalling and Infrastructure Services Lead

Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide Reporting into the ANZ Director for Signalling and Infrastructure, the Services Lead - ANZ primary responsibility is to mange the bids and projects portfolio for the ANZ division, including the tender and projects processes for scope.

This would include building and managing a team to be accountable for the deployment of tenders and project delivery This is a permanent position, based in our Signalling and Infrastructure Head Office in Melbourne, Victoria. Responsibilities Execution of the projects in the portfolio to ensure it creates the optimal and profitable value for Alstom. Manage and deploy Tender and Bid Deliverables Execution and Management of Business development, Product introduction services in relation to signaling products within the Alstom portfolio Interface with the wider Region management team to report, and mange risks and various issues regarding tenders and projects within the services scope.

Building and Managing a best for Projects team that is accountable for Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance. Champion the implementation of Alstom and Signalling Processes across the portfolio. To be Successful Robust understanding of the Signalling Services and Railway industry Demonstrated experience and success in Project and/or bid Management Demonstrated experience in a Senior Leadership position, in the development of a services organisation.
