Mobile Recovery Specialist | Flexible Location, VIC (Melbourne, Moe, Geelong) Are you passionate about helping others recover and return to work? As a Mobile Recovery Specialist within our Victorian Workers Compensation team your primary responsibility will be to improve the Recovery and Return to Work outcomes for Worker's Compensation claims. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will promote early return to work strategies with our workers, employers and treating health practitioners in both a face to face and virtual environment, ensuring that not only is recovery and return to work achieved but is sustained. This position suits a strong influencer and relationship builder who can work with a range of internal and external stakeholders and be a key member of our Team.

You'll be responsible for: Arranging both face to face/virtual meetings with Workers, Employers and Treating Health Practitioners to work collaboratively on achieving positive recovery and return to work outcomes. Working with Team Managers, Team Leaders and Case Managers to identify key areas of improvement and implement strategies to address these areas. Contributing to positive team results through the achievement of early and sustained Recovery and Return To Work outcomes.

Contributing to the development of the professional capability of case managers through regular interactions aimed at case specific strategy awareness and development opportunities. Important to your success: The ability to coordinate and organise onsite meetings between Workers, Employers and Treating Health Practitioners. The ability to influence and negotiate with providers and treating practitioners to achieve outcomes.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong time management and influencing skills and the ability to work autonomously. Experience within Recovery and Return to Work would be ideal.

Experience in Personal Injury Management or Occupational Rehabilitation is desirable. What's on offer? What matters to you, matters to us too.
