This is achieved through having a detailed knowledge of quality practice that reflects current trends and includes a collaborative approach with families, children, the community, educators / staff members and stakeholders.
A key focus of this role is to enhance individual learning outcomes by creating an environment that develops the abilities and confidence for each child attending the center. THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Cert III qualification in Early Education and Childcare Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of developmentally appropriate practice with children Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a harmonious team environment. Excellent communication skills Understanding of Child Protection Legislation Knowledge of the National Quality Framework Demonstrated knowledge of current trends in Early Childhood THE COMPANY For over 30 years Samaritans has been providing unconditional support to many different groups of people.
