The Role A full-time, permanent role for a solid and ambitious defendant-representative Employment Lawyer at the level of Senior Associate in the firm's Melbourne office. The work coming through the practice is diverse, covering not only Employment Law but also Industrial Relations and WHS. The successful applicant will possess well-rounded skills, with both front and also back-end skills, including solicitor-advocacy experience.
The ideal applicant will also have experience liaising directly with sophisticated clients, delivering accurate and up-to-date advice on the fly using effective, plain English communication skills. This will also be essential as the successful applicant will be responsible for helping to deliver client training and also will be involved in developing the firm's business.
