The Role This is an Accounts payable opportunity reporting to the Accounts payable manager.
You will be a part of a team where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth continuation of the payables process and liaising with interstate counterparts to ensure payment deadlines are met. My client is looking for someone who is looking to further develop in the areas of Accounts Payable. The role will involve high level customer service and business partnering with various internal stakeholders.
In this role you will be responsible but not limited to: Responsible for high level reconciliations of service provider invoices Review and process new service account applications Reconciliations of service provider accounts Assist in cash flow issues and reporting Manage in a timely manner supplier and purchase order queries Providing financial administration with organisational guidelines About you Minimum 1 year experience in similar role within the Aged care industry (desirable not essential) Strong attention to details Ability to work towards tight deadlines Proactive with resolving queries Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external customers Strong Reconciliations skill and using Microsoft Excel Are you ready to join favourable and employer of choice company with generous perks?
