You can have experience working with adults or children (or both) as tailored caseloads are available. What you will be doing: Providing evidence-based assessment and therapy to NDIS and medicare clients Liaise with other multidisciplinary team members Role includes but is not limited to: life skills training, equipment prescription, home environment assessments, home modifications and chronic disease management Designing and implementing therapy programs that maximise the abilities of clients and facilitates their participation and wellbeing Why this role: Earn between $70,000 - $110,000 super An extremely generous commission structure that rewards you for your work A thorough and structured induction program so you feel settled in your role Weekly supervision with your Team Leader and a buddy program for early-career Occupational Therapists Monthly internal training sessions plus a yearly Professional Development allowance Focus on quality therapy with industry-low targets of 20 billable hours per week Opportunities to tailor your caseload to your interest areas e.g. neuro Multidisciplinary working with Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists Complete your admin/documentation from the comfort of your own home Generous travel/car allowance Social events throughout the calendar year Your caseload is created around your home location to ensure you are on the road as little as possible Benefit from flexibility This company lets you manage your own work schedule thus optimising work-life balance What you will need: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Full AHPRA registration Unrestricted Australian Working Rights All levels of experience are encouraged to apply Reference GO6IN Interested in this position?
