Duties/Responsibilities: Vivir Healthcare works in conjunction with customers developing client specific Allied Health programmes and designed to cater for all residents/clients/consumers across the elderly and disabled population groups. Guided by our core principles of ‘Stronger together’ and ‘Even better tomorrow’ our new programmes ensure older and disabled Australians continue to have access to essential Allied Health services.
Opportunities available across Residential Aged care, Community Home care and NDIS. Full inductions are provided across every service line and where possible shadow shifts will be offered with senior team members Core duties include the delivery of functional physiotherapy assessments on admission and as required quarterly/annually; assessments if function changes; post falls reviews; exercise classes; and wellness programs requiring a brief functional assessment related to the reason for referral. Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelor of Physiotherapy OR an equivalent recognised internationally Must have experience in providing Functional Assessment and Post Falls Reviews Full AHPRA Registration Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance 2022 Flu Vaccine Certificate COVID vaccine certificate Access to an insured vehicle is mandatory Apply directly or get in touch today.
