Training Designer Level 4Whizdom Recruitment
Our Large Federal Government client has a requirement for a Training Designer who will undertake the design, development, and delivery of a variety of professional learning experiences, learning materials, briefings, group presentations, conference facilitation and instructional coaching. These professional learning experiences will include online, face-to-face and hybrid learning programs. The service provider will have considerable stakeholder engagement skills and will be required to identify relevant stakeholders’ expectations and concerns to develop a clear understanding of the methodology and practices to achieve outcomes.
Skills and Knowledge: Experience in designing online, face-to-face and hybrid learning programs. Experience in a range of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, Graphic editing software, storyboarding, and video editing. Experience in Information and Communication (ICT) security systems.
Major Responsibilities: Develop high quality learning solutions that enable technologists to develop professional skills, in line with established learning outcomes. Partner with stakeholders across the business to create learning content that is engaging and interactive. Engage and collaborate with technical subject matter experts across our client’s organisation to offer and create appropriate learning design options.
Engage and collaborate with technical subject matter experts to understand the security controls for the purpose of reflecting it in training material. Location: The role is based in Canberra ACT. Contract terms: 12 months from contract commencement.
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 5. Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.
