Join the People team and help build and keep the extraordinary talent it takes to make extraordinary products This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the People team as a People Business Partner (PBP) supporting our Retail and Corporate Functions. This role is based in Sydney. Key qualifications: Minimum of 8 years experience in a HR business partner, generalist and/or management role Strong organizational development background responsible for team effectiveness, coaching, and culture.
Proven ability to work in heavily matrix environment with global teams. Strong communication skills, including influencing and mentoring senior leaders Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, both as a lead and a supporting team member. Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to changing needs and priorities Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a fast paced and vibrant environment Experience leading projects of all sizes.
Thorough and diligent to details Ability to create a framework for demonstrating best practices. Develop, plan and implement across multiple sites and functions Ability to balance strategic initiatives and quality delivery In this role, you will partner closely with local key stakeholders and the global People team to deliver a full spectrum of strategic and tactical People initiatives and programs. The PBP partners with leaders to frame the People agenda supporting the strategic objectives and driving key initiatives across your business groups.
You will be responsible for setting priorities, delivering the local People strategy, managing cyclical People objectives and driving key projects, contributing in a way that impacts every employee across multiple sites. You will also be a key partner on site initiatives for Inclusion and Diversity BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE: • Strong understanding of the People landscape. Working closely with business partners having the ability to devise plans and execute supporting the development of high performing teams.
