How you’ll make an impact; We are at a pivotal stage of our journey. We are disrupting the temporary, contract and casual recruitment space and aggressively scaling our business Our platform is changing how businesses across Australia hire temporary, contract and casual staff. As an Account Manager, you will manage our existing client relationships and drive expansion across Australia.
This is a revenue-generating position where you will be a part of our New Ventures team and manage our existing relationships across Queensland. This newly created position will suit someone with a strong growth mindset. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their proven experience in identifying opportunities that lead to an increase in revenue.
What you’ll do Meet or exceed all assigned upsell/retention revenue targets for our customers that require a managed service Develop a strong understanding of the client that includes their business drivers and strategies, competitive position in the marketplace, industry trends, key strategic partner relationships, as well as key executives and decision-makers Build, enhance, and execute long-term client relationships and communication at the C-level with key executives, key decision-makers and influencer Identify innovative solutions and cross-selling opportunities to give our clients a competitive advantage. Develop and implement strategic growth plans to increase adoption and penetration of services within named accounts: increase overall market share and product utilisation, upsell new products and services, identify and close new business within existing accounts, and minimise churn. What we are looking for in you 3 years experience working in Account Management and/or Customer Success roles.
