Eden Ritchie is seeking an A07 Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure to be responsible for coordinating the delivery of and reporting against, capital works projects and maintenance programs. As the Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure, your key responsibilities will include: Supervise capital works activities on a daily basis and address issues that arise. Provide advice to the Director Facilities Management regarding the program performance and progress of individual projects.

Coordinate projects in consideration of WOG capital works frameworks and financial management standards. Provide detailed advice to government and other relevant stakeholders on capital works and facilities management issues. Undertake research and provide advice to relevant stakeholders.

Prepare Agency and Ministerial correspondence, briefing notes and Cabinet submissions. Prepare comprehensive finance, facilities and capital works reports and information to the Director, Treasury and relevant external agencies. Monitor the implementation of capital works recommendations and appraise the adequacy of the action undertaken to improve systems and procedures.

Facilitate the development and maintenance of the Asset Strategic Plan on an annual basis. Ensure business units are appropriately engaged in planning and performance measurement activities. Ensure timely feedback on agency facility services are collated and reported.

Prepare and contribute to the asset strategic plan. Develop and implement communication mechanisms with external service providers. Engage with other government agencies to progress cross agency solutions and activities.

The essential requirements for this role are: Advanced level experience in financial data analysis. Program management. Asset management.

Establish and maintain mutually productive partnerships with stakeholders and colleagues. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills and the proven ability to successfully apply them to facilities management issues. The ability to plan and deliver under agreed priorities and accountabilities.

Knowledge of capital works management. Knowledge, interpretation and application of legislation, policies and procedures Effective written and oral communication skills. Risk assessment.
