About the opportunity We are currently seeking a dedicated Business Support Assistant (BSA) with strong administrative background to join our team at our Moran Engadine home. This role will be a dedicated role to support the Management team and their engagement activities with residents, carers, families, providers, employees and key stakeholders.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Support Assistant is a member of the Moran Home leadership team and responsible for executing the detailed processes entailed in specific aspects of business, financial, facilities and HR administration. You will work with a wonderful team of dedicated people and your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day. You will be supported and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us.

If you are an efficient, enthusiastic, and dedicated administrator this role is for you About the Role Operating as the initial point of contact for Moran Health Care Group internal and external stakeholders and attend to their enquiries Answer telephones and transfer calls in a polite and efficient manner Assist with planning events, meetings and luncheons Prepare documents, reports and correspondence when required Communicate relevant information and requests to employees and residents promptly and accurately Create documents and manage employee and staff files and records Maintain the general presentation of reception and the back office Ensure that stationery and amenities are stocked Support Management team with day-to-day administrative activities Assist with the establishment of new residents Complete purchase orders for review by management such as stationary orders and orders for other items Prepare minutes of meetings as requested Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required About You 1 year working in a high-volume, fast-paced administrative role will be highly desirable Roster experience will be highly regarded Excellent customer service, organisational and time management skills Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills Capability to perform routine administration tasks with a high level of attention to detail Highly motivated and proactive Current police check and influenza vaccine (or willingness to obtain) and valid working rights As a MHCG (Moran Health Care Group) employee, benefits you will be able to take advantage of: Staff recognition Training and development Annual leave loading Paid parental leave Community based work environment If you are searching for a disti.
