The Role: You will be responsible for delivering Education to all clinical staff within this medium-sized RAC home, including Registered Nurses and Care staff. This opportunity represents a great career development pathway for aspiring Registered Nurses who want to focus on Education and Quality improvement of residents' lives. The role will see you develop Education plans 3 days a week & lead the Quality improvement of the home for the other 2 days.
