About the role As the Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient student enrolment processes and building relationships with prospective students, course advisers, and international agents, this is a front-of-house position. This position requires someone with good communication and organization skills as you will be processing applications submitted by the course advisers, communicating with agents, and ensuring essential admissions and student service activities are carried out. The Admissions Officer is responsible for supporting the reception area and providing expert advice, guidance, and support to students and teachers regarding the Institute, service, products, and procedures.

About you You have an experience in a multicultural environment, a sound knowledge of equal opportunity, equity, and workplace health and safety principles, and the ability to implement them at an operational level. You have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and can establish collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You have demonstrable and high-level process and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities Providing expert advice, guidance, and support to students, staff, and visitors regarding Ikon, services, and procedures, both face to face and via phone and email Process student enrolments and ensure all suitable documentation is collected for each student. Assessing applicant’s GTE in accordance with DHA’s requirements Identify document frauds (Academic and Financial documents) upon processing applications Process Confirmations of Enrolment (CoEs) and reports in Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS) in compliance with DHA requirements Process tuition fees and other payments from students including OSHC Maintain Student database accurate recording/logging of student issues and diary notes. Process student inquiries regarding change of enrolment, course withdrawals, recognition of prior learning, enrolment documentation, special considerations, etc.

Ensure student and agent information (website and other documents) are identified and accurately updated Attends and contributes to regular team meetings Education, Experience, and Skills Atleast 2 year's experience in a similar role, in the education industry Experience in international admis.
