Follow Us: Facebook LinkedIn YouTube Twitter JOB DESCRIPTION: We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated FP&A Manager to join our Nutrition business based at Macquarie Park.

Your main purpose in this role is to partner closely with the Financial Controller and provide support in the FP&A process including preparation of budgets and forecasts for both Australia and NZ. The role supports the interaction between Finance, Marketing and Sales to ensure consistency of information and one set of numbers throughout the organisation. In addition, the role focuses on understanding systems and processes that can continually improve effectiveness of the affiliate.

This is an interesting and varied role for someone looking to take the next step in their career. You will gain invaluable experience working at a senior level partnering with the leadership team. Main responsibilities are, and not limited to: Lead and Update Plan and LBE for Australia and New Zealand Analyse and review monthly accounts and develop commentary in conjunction with the Financial Controller as to variations to benchmarks Preparation and submission of monthly management reporting to Area Finance Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to evaluate promotional success of key tactics and assisting of P&L projection Drive Sales and Marketing with business planning process and ensure agreement between affiliate plan/ADS and individual territory team Partner with Area Finance to support the planning group in the preparation of the Plan Update plus support in the completion of monthly reports Support the Demand Manager in preparation of Demand statement and deck for S&OP and other tasks as needed Special projects as directed by the Financial Controller or the General Manager What makes you a successful candidate: Degree in Accounting with CA or CPA qualification Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experie.
