Follow Us: Facebook LinkedIn YouTube Twitter JOB DESCRIPTION: An exciting Melbourne based opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Field Technical Specialist to support our Neuromodulation business.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this position is responsible for providing the technical expertise at implant, follow-up and troubleshooting for the Territory Managers and Clinicians across Melbourne. The main aspects of this role include: Providing procedure support through patient education, post-operative patient support and ongoing programming Liaising with Education to ensure personal levels of technical competence are at the highest standard Shared account management and ownership in consultation with the Territory Manager Liaising with Territory Management on Neuromodulation promotion, product, therapies, service and support Providing feedback re competition activity and customer feedback Completing monthly reports as required Sound understanding and compliance with industry (MTAA), Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements What will make you a successful candidate: Tertiary qualifications in Science, Nursing or Human Movement (or related field) Experience in the clinical support of medical devices is advantageous Concisely and clearly communicate with the ability to articulate technical/clinical information Patient-centric, customer-focused and empathetic Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills Proactive and resilient self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced innovative environment Flexibility to travel and attend 24 hour on-call responsibilities on occasion Due to the inherent requirements of the role, the preferred candidate must provide evidence of full COVID-19 vaccination before the commencement date and maintain a fully vaccinated status for the period of employment.
