Follow Us: Facebook LinkedIn YouTube Twitter JOB DESCRIPTION: We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Rapid Diagnostics (ARDx) Customer Support Team.

At Abbott we value our customer satisfaction and ensure that we go the extra mile to deliver high standards of service and satisfaction to our customers. In this customer centric role, you will be responsible for completing day to day supply chain tasks including: Processing customer orders for domestic and international customers Informing customers about order status, backorders, unexpected delays, part shipments and product issues Handling inbound phone calls to the main numbers Handling emails to general customer service email accounts Analysing and resolving escalated customer issues Liaising with transport companies including domestic couriers and freight forwarders Data entry, backorder, credit and invoice management Providing outstanding assistance and advice to external and internal customers Building strong relationships with customers and other areas of Abbott In order to be successful in this role you would need to be someone who loves going an extra mile to deliver the highest standards for your customer. You love interacting with people and are good at problem solving.

To set you apart from other candidates you will be able to demonstrate: A high degree of independence and interpersonal skills Attention to detail when dealing with complex customer orders Self-motivated to learn and develop Spelling and grammatical competence High level productivity and organisational skills Energy and enthusiasm for customer service Competency in business software e.g. MRP systems, CRM systems, MS Office, Softphone, EDI portals Strong oral and written communication skills Exposure to international markets including pacific islands will be adventitious This is.
