Our Sales & Marketing team is looking for a Dealer Accreditation & Training Specialist to deliver and support the design, delivery and maintenance of compliance training and coaching for finance & insurance sales staff across the BMW Australia Dealer network. Reporting to the Dealer Quality & Governance Manager, you will be directly involved with all induction and on boarding of Accredited Persons and manage all aspects of the appointment and/or revocation process. This is a full-time permanent role based at the Mulgrave office (South-eastern suburbs).

What awaits you? Together with the Dealer Quality and Governance Manager you will ensure dealer quality metrics are in line with our company KPI’s and educating and coaching the dealer network, ensuring Accredited Persons understand fundamentals of their role and expectations of quality metrics and targets. You will be responsible for Delivering of training with a focus on all aspects of the dealer sales processes which includes meeting BMW Australia Finance compliance and regulatory guidelines and obligations. Preparing training materials and initiatives to educate the dealer network and provide coaching to uplift Dealer quality targets where necessary.

Managing the administration of accreditations of Accredited Persons, manage ongoing records of dealer partners and ensure completion of required training (CPD) modules. Working collaboratively across the operations, the dealer network, and the BMW Sales Company to deliver a targeted training curriculum. Supporting training needs analysis and gap analysis and assisting with developing the core competency and skill set model for our Business Manager network including planning and coordinating the annual training curriculum that can be delivered digitally where possible.

Assistance with training data analysis, reporting and compliance requirements. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Demonstrated training experience working with digital learning platforms and customised training solutions. Previous training experience with a focus on design and delivery across different learning styles including face to face training delivery.

Clear and effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Power Point is essential. Exposure to the automotive industry highly desirable.
