Full time opportunity for a passionate Sales Assistant to join a supportive team environment. We are currently accepting applications for a Retail Sales Assistant, based in our Canberra Store on a full-time basis, 37.

5 hours per week across Monday to Friday. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service to all our customers to maximise their customer experience. You will be a team player, providing support in maintaining the upkeep of the store and replenishment of our stock.

THE ROLE The key focus areas of the role include: Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service Demonstrating sales techniques to support our customers in making an informed purchasing decision Daily stock and merchandising duties Dealing with all aspects of till operation Update and develop the Store databases Answering telephone, sales queries, placement of orders for direct delivery, quotations Receiving, checking off and merchandising deliveries of replenishment stock Other general retail responsibilities Champion our Company Values Nisbets Australia will help you unlock your full potential in this role with a collaborative team environment, ongoing support and full training for the right candidate. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Customer facing role experience (retail or other) Catering equipment/technical product knowledge (desirable) Experience working with POS systems and/or warehouse/inventory systems Driven and possesses willingness to learn new tasks Enjoys building rapport with customers and team members alike.
