About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly professional with proven customer service and administrative experience to join the team on a 9 month temporary contract.

Duties Manage incoming calls, emails and mail Greet clients and customers Data entry Maintain stationery and kitchen inventory Other administrative tasks as directed Skills & Experience Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well-developed personal communication skills.
