WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As the Client Operations Officer, you will process a variety of activities in relation to long service leave, including such things as monthly levy advices, leave applications, refunds and adjustments. You will: Receive, question and process information from employers.

Review and examine employee service records, employment history and transaction details. Ensure data is accurate and question any inconsistencies. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Assist and educate employers to ensure the correct information is processed and reporting requirements are met. Understand and be able to interpret the current legislative guidelines. Provide excellence in service to ensure quality client engagement.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for both contract and permanent opportunities within our Client Operations team. Please include your preference/s in your cover letter. WHAT YOU'LL BRING To be successful in this role, you will have a keen desire to deliver an outstanding client experience.

You will be a critical thinker with strong attention to detail who is motivated to review, question and interrogate data. Your background will demonstrate: Excellent attention to detail and a respect for data integrity. A natural ability to engage with clients in a positive and friendly manner.

Experience processing a high volume of data with the ability to stay focused on repetitive work. A commit.
