we have partnership with different clients to provide resources for basic IT support roles. we have multiple vacancies available all around Australia Role Brief: The role will include providing help desk support and processing of incoming calls and queries from both internal staff and external customers. Additionally you will collaborate with the office staff and their functions as required.
This role will require you to work independently, be self-sufficient and proactive and is an excellent opportunity to gain a wide variety of experience in a demanding and challenging environment . Key Duties: Respond to customer queries by phone and email Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests Document internal procedures Escalate significant and recurring issues to Level 2/3 support teams Diagnosing system errors and other issues Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems Liaise and communicate with customers with empathy Supporting clients, onsite and remotely ranging from 20 to 1000 users.
