Major dealer offering new Service Advisor role A Service Advisor position for a long-established company on Brisbane's Southside is available now. With several locations across Brisbane our client operates a fast-paced Service Centre facilitating all after sales requirements. In this role you will be working in a team of two Service Advisors reporting to the Service Manager.
The company and it's Service Departments employ over 70 personnel throughout their various locations. Plenty of opportunity to build on skill sets with various brands in this role. Be the link between the Dealership and your customers servicing needs Schedule work required detailing any specific concerns Liaise with other departments as required to enable a hassle-free experience for your customer - i.
e. Parts, Loan Car Provide quality service, care and attention Increase the departments profitability by offering the customer additional labour & accessories Provide a full detailed explanation of all work performed and its' associated costs The Dealer Multi-franchised dealer Multiple Locations Family owned & operated - 60 years Competencies & Skill Requirements 2 years minimum in a similar role Auto IT knowledge (an advantage) Strong communication skills are essential Attention to detail, time management skills Current Drivers Licence (QLD) Full working rights (Aust/NZ Citizen/Permanent Resident) An energetic, friendly team player with great customer service skills You will be rewarded with an excellent salary package which will be discussed at the interview and is dependent upon experience.
