A permanent and varied role, with ongoing training and development into the recruitment industry Supporting our recruitment and consulting teams We are seeking a strong, competent Recruitment Administrator /Compliance Officer for a long term position based in Hampton East, Moorabbin area. We are flexible with working hours and the role can either be full time or Part time hours 8am-4pm or 10am-3pm Monday to Friday. You will be supporting a small recruitment team and Engineering consulting team with various administration and compliance tasks.
Everyday will be completely different so you need to be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. The responsibilities of the role will include: Updating our CRM system - Job adder with compliance and candidate records Formatting of resumes Completing reference checks Assisting candidates and clients with payroll enquiries over the phone and via email On boarding of new candidates, compliance forms and other documents including police checks and medical bookings Uniform inventory Supporting the management team with various administration duties Communicating and working closely with the recruitment and consulting teams with various compliance and audits To be successful in the role: Strong administration skills with a proven track record of working in an administration role A background in recruitment will be highly regarded Strong verbal and written communication skills.
