Account Manager role within a leading organization focused on software, hardware and managed services. Fun and supportive team Who is our client? Our client works in the small and medium sized enterprise, government and corporate space with a focus in end user computing. This involves all aspect of EUC such as Data Centre and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure.

They offer software, hardware and support services to an Australian based companies in partnership with MSP's to meet client needs strategically Why them? Our client is going through a growth phase due to increased demand for their expertise. The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to take full ownership of his/her Territory of Retention and Aquistion accounts. Their key focus is to manage and grow relationships to drive land, expansion and renewals across all solutions within retention accounts.

They are required to pursue leads identified by aligned by sales management. The responsibilities of this role include: Ensuring partners are engaged, familiar, and leveraging our initiatives that will assist with growth Servicing existing accounts and developing additional opportunities Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs Establish a strong business relationship by becoming a reliable point of contact. Proactively searches for new prospects by conducting market research.

What do you need to be considered? At least 4 years work experience in a Sales environment and or customer service role. Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Ability to collaborate and work with a dynamic, diverse, growing business.
