Heavy Equipment leader requires a Service Coordinator to manage workshop operations in their Western Victoria branch. Our client operates an expansive group of heavy equipment dealerships that cater for a wide variety of applications, from the small, to the very, very large One of their regional Victorian branches requires a Service Coordinator, who will offer customers the best service available and ensure their service needs are met. Based in a regional Western Victorian city, we are looking to talk with Service Advisors or Workshop Controllers, ideally with experience in the heavy equipment sector.
Applications are also open to candidates experienced in diesel equipment repair, who are looking to get off the tools. The successful candidate must have the ability to work as part of a team, be motivated and have a strong work ethic. This role will see the chosen candidate being the junction between customers and the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained, work is completed in a timely manner, and to required quality standards.
