The Opportunity; Our Contracting team is looking for a Business Support Administrator. This position offers fantastic variety which you will find rewarding. Key responsibilities will involve providing an administrative service to your contract team and senior management through efficient and accurate task completion.

Your responsibilities will include: Raising Purchase Orders Updating & Tracking Project Registers Running Financial Reports Maintain and save project documentation Maintain the receiving and paying of invoices Subcontractor on boarding & assisting with drafting agreements Organizing Training for site members Reporting and maintain health and safety incidents and statistics Charging out of vehicles and plant to the responsible parties What we need from you? Competent across Microsoft Office suite Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with staff and customers Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration role Be able to operate under pressure and adherence to deadlines Self-Motivated Intermediate - Advanced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Organizational Skills Effective written & oral Communication skills Ability to foster a co-operative work environment Ability to organise, prioritise and schedule work assignments High attention to detail Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients Sound like you?
