Branch Team Leader/Lender - GladstoneAUSWIDE BANK LTD
About The Role As the Branch Team Leader you are responsible for the daily operation of the Gladstone Branch including coaching, staff development and training to support the Bank's customer service, sales and strategic goals. This role also offers a unique opportunity to expand your skillset as it would be an expectation that within 6 months you would advance into the intended role of Branch Team Leader/Lender. Full training will be provided along with a suite of tools to assist you in becoming a successful Leader/Lender.
Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operational activities of the branch Support your staff to grow Coordinate successful coaching, training and implementation of Staff Development Plans Build relationships with your customers through meaningful conversations to identify Lending opportunities alongside processing Home Loan applications, enquiries, submissions Innovate and contribute to the success of the Gladstone Team through collaboration with the North QLD Area Branch Manager to develop effective ways to actively promote the Auswide Bank brand and product awareness in the local community About You As well as having excellent & effective problem solving, time management and communication skills, you will also need to: 3 years' experience in a leadership role focusing on interpersonal skills Have proven experience of leading a service driven team within the Financial Services sector Be passionate about providing outstanding customer service Model the professionalism required of a leader About Auswide Bank Auswide Bank is a Queensland based Australian Bank, where we value our people and most of all, our customers.
