The Opportunity Samsung Electronics Australia is looking for a National Account Manager to join our Home Appliances team.

This role will focus on achieving budgeted sales objectives for Home Appliances products sold through "The Good Guys". Role and Responsibilities Develop sales plans for Sell In and Sell Out and coordinate marketing programs with key accounts within the context of top-line corporate strategy. Drive and oversee Quarterly Business Planning and annual Joint Business Plan with manager, HOD, Product Marketing and cross functional engagement with Marcoms and Retail management teams.

Responsible for Account Net sales result and managing account investment, optimizing ROI and alignment with top-line business objectives. Set account priorities and direction for State managers and field team to ensure in store execution of retail strategy and promotional activities. Manage and negotiate the key account promotional plan across all media and consumer touch points, maximize ROI and alignment with product strategy and national campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications To be successful for the role, you should have a "can do" attitude with a proactive approach. Relevant experience / skills include: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consumer electronics industry Proven account management experience and ability to achieve budgeted targets Previous experience in building and maintaining customer satisfaction through the development of broad customer relationships, including senior management contact High level of business acumen with a strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of business Advanced PC skills using MS Office application (word, excel, PowerPoint).
