LI-SL1 The Team As a function of Datadog's Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement department, The Technical Solutions (TS) Enablement team assists with knowledge sharing, continuing education, training materials, and maintaining internal processes for our in-house product experts. The TS team enables Datadog's worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring that existing customers are happy and successful. Our GTM Enablement org works with a best-of-breed product that solves real problems for our customers, and the TS Enablement team assists with sharing technical and product expertise with the Technical Solutions team with demos, training, presentations, technical evaluations, documentation, and ongoing support.

The Opportunity We're looking for a structured communicator with a knack for simplifying the complex to continuously develop and deliver the onboarding program that enables our Technical Solutions people to be successful in their jobs. You will be making sure our new hires have the tools to succeed We're looking for an energetic self-starter to help us modify and present the onboarding program to our new hires This position requires strong understanding of customer needs, excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and ability to work with geographically diverse cross functional groups. Managing multiple contexts, tasks, conversations, and projects at once is crucial.

You will: Deliver training in person to new hires that are both in person and virtual. Be the first point of contact for Technical Solution new hires within the region Become an expert in Technical Solution's tools/software Review and maintain onboarding documentation Partner with Technical Solutions leadership to update and maintain our onboarding strategy at Datadog Ensure that onboarding content is delivered effectively Perform quarterly audit of course content. Maintain regular reporting cadence of certification and onboarding completion rates.

Communicate data to Technical Solutions leadership and greater enablement team Collaborate regularly with Enablement Program Managers to ensure alignment of regional goals Requirements: 1 - 3 years in learning and development, training, or teaching role Hands on technical experience: you'll jump right and learn how our products work Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated history of coaching and mentoring colleagues around key role elements Experience presenting day-long or multi-day trainings to groups of 10 learners Outstanding verbal and written communicator: you make the complex simple Team oriented and empathetic: you can work with analysts, engineers, reps, whomever General knowledge of cloud technologies Bonus Points: We realize you may not have all of these skills and that's OK, we are realistic and understand we may have to trade on some of these in favor of other qualifications you bring. Experience at a high growth Software-as-a-Se.
