As a Bell Desk Manager you: Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations) by identifying appropriate providers.

Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Identify the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.

Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem.

Dynamic Leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional and memorable customer experience Greet every guest and deliver personal and instinctive guest experiences every day. Representing property management in resolving any guest related situation. Maintain the cleanliness standards of the Hotel driveway.

Complete and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions; facilitate safety training and certifications to the team.
